Job Bank
The Job Bank is a vital service to members of the American Alliance of Paralegals, Inc. The American Alliance Job Bank accepts job announcements for paralegals nationally. Employers pay a $40.00 fee, per job announcement. The announcements are published in a timely manner via an e-mail listing to American Alliance members. It is the responsibility of the individual paralegals to respond directly to the employer. American Alliance members are asked to respond only to those announcements that match their skills or for which they are qualified.
All American Alliance members are encouraged to contact the Job Bank whenever they are aware of a paralegal opening at their place of employment or when they know of a paralegal opening at another firm, corporation, or company.
American Alliance members in good standing receive the Job Bank listings and new job announcements. Only American Alliance members in good standing receive the job bank listing. If your American Alliance membership has expired, you will need to renew it before you receive the Job Bank list.
How to Post a Position with the American Alliance’s Job Bank
- Ads are $40 per ad (i.e. two ad positions = $80) and run for two months.
- Ads are posted on the website upon receipt of payment.
- The Job Bank ads are sent to our members via e-mail as quickly as possible (usually within 48 to 72 hours of receipt of payment).
- There is no minimum or maximum word count; however, most ads are a paragraph or less.
- We recommend including salary ranges in the ads.
- Blind ads (ads that do not provide the location or the name of the ultimate employer) are NOT accepted.
- E-mail your ad copy to: info@aapipara.org. (Please indicate "Job Bank Ad" in the subject field)
- Checks should be made payable to the "American Alliance" and mailed to:
